Using the principle of acid-base neutralization, caustic soda or lime is added for acid-base reaction. Until the PH value of the test liquid is between 6 and 9, it can be settled still, the supernatant is separated to another pool, and the lower sediment is landfilled for treatment.

Four. Decrease the COD value in the liquid
This supernatant may not be able to meet the discharge requirements, because the liquid may still contain oil and organic matter. To further treat the organic matter, we can add strong oxidants, such as hydrogen peroxide or bleaching powder, to effectively decompose and oxidize the organic matter, so that the COD value of the liquid can meet or approach the discharge standards required by various places.

Five. Treatment of Small Amount of Suspended Substances
We have already precipitated large solid particulate matter in the first step of the sedimentation tank, and only a small amount of suspended matter of small molecules is left here. This part of matter needs to be removed by adding flocculants such as polyvinylpyridine, polyacrylic acid, polyacrylamide, etc. to adsorb suspended particles to gradually increase and precipitate.

VI. Test water quality
When the above steps are completed, it is believed that the various indicators in the liquid can return to the normal emission indicators, and a small amount of water quality can be tested accordingly. If it is found that there is a deficiency in a certain link, it can be treated accordingly.
