Ultrasonic propagation in the liquid, so that the liquid and the cleaning tank in the ultrasonic frequency vibration together, the liquid and the cleaning tank vibration has its own natural frequency, this vibration frequency is the sound wave frequency, so people hear the hum. With the continuous development of the cleaning industry, more and more enterprises began to use the ultrasonic cleaning machine, but due to the lack of understanding of the cleaning method, the cleaning effect is not ideal. In fact, the cleaning methods corresponding to different types of cleaning agents are also different. Next, Ruisibo will introduce you to the use process of solvent-based cleaning agents and water-based cleaning agents.
1. Solvent type cleaning agent
Organic solvent cleaning agent (ultrasonic) → water-based cleaning agent (ultrasonic) → city water rinsing → pure water rinsing → IPA (isopropyl alcohol) dehydration → IPA slow pull drying.
The main purpose of solvent-based cleaning agent is to clean the oil on the mechanical parts. Previously, solvent-based cleaning agents were mostly trichloroethylene. Because trichloroethylene is an ODS (ozone-depleting substance) product, it is in the mandatory phase-out stage, and long-term use of trichloroethylene is easy to cause occupational diseases, and because trichloroethylene is very unstable, it is easy to hydrolyze and acidic, so it will corrode lenses and equipment. In this regard, domestic cleaning agent manufacturers gradually began to develop and produce environmentally friendly solvent-based cleaning agents that do not contain ODS.

2. Water-based cleaning agent
Water-based cleaning agent (ultrasonic) → municipal water rinsing → water-based cleaning agent → municipal water rinsing → pure water rinsing → IPA dehydration → IPA slow pull drying.
The biggest difference between the use of water-based cleaning agents and solvent-based cleaning agents is that the first two cleaning units: solvent-based cleaning agents cannot be diluted with water, and large-scale mechanical equipment cannot be cleaned. Water-based cleaning is different, whether it is parts, or large mechanical equipment can have a good cleaning effect, thus greatly reducing the follow-up cleaning unit in the water-based cleaning agent cleaning pressure. The disadvantage of water-based cleaning agent is that long-term use may cause rust on the surface of the equipment, and it is not recommended for those equipment and parts with high quality requirements.
